The main issue behind this is the Nature of Law and the British Constitution. Parliamentarians complain all the time that Judges are making Laws in the Country but the problems and the Truth rather begins to surface when a Judge has to decide to protect the Justice system from being taken advantage of via the route of double Jeopardy, hence set out Legal Jurisdiction which prevents the Police from arresting people and then Bailing them and then rearresting them, which then hinders investigations and therefore justice itself, while on the other hand Parliamentarians are setting out and pushing for Victim Laws-claiming the law is all about the victims as much as it is about perpetrators; the examples they site are the way things are done in the United States but in actual fact in the United States of America there are about Five degrees to Murder before a crime of killing begins to move into the regions of Manslaughter, the difference being that in the UK Cases are decided based on Precedent, therefore no two cases without the same DNA are presented before the worlds Public in the Court rooms as the same occurrence. Which is why I personally am completely fed up with their complaints about Judges making Laws and how this subverts the powers of Parliament when they are the ones making the Laws that the Judges rule on in the Courts with the things they say and do in Parliament and how it affects society where crime happens which then ends up in The Law Courts and mostly do with their distant fascisms and Parliamentary intimidations, at least these days that is all we get from there: the question is that they are not expecting that when a crime happens and ends up in Court we should pass a motion in their House of Commons and wait for a minimum of 3 months to find out if a Case has set a precedent, then what other reason could there be for the wanton and obsessive extraction of power from the Courts and the drip, drip, drip stripping of the Courts of its Powers and indeed the outcome of the suggestion that the Law is tilting to the Favour of criminals as well as claims Judges make them?

The Fact on the ground is that the Primary Law making tool for Parliament is an Act and the Colloquialisms behind the Act is the Phrase "As we did" i.e. that society and the Country has changed in such a direction or another for so much and so many occurrences that we have put it down to the pen, as we all did. So when judges make laws based on precedent and provide rulings for them, it is not exactly clear where Political trouble makers get the claim they make Laws from actually-except they do it to wreck my life and property even further that is.

Yes One may be reminded this is no longer the State of Affairs as at date 5/7/2011 and this is because the UK no longer has the House of Lords as the Highest Court in the land because it does a supreme Court, which also makes no sense. The usual idea is that the establishment of a supreme Court is something which scares HH but the fact could not be more different. It does not; the supreme Court has been established in the direction of the search for a Legal platform which specialises in Financial decisions, having been that a Socialist Party in the Previous government whether or not it set it up to sabotage living under the jurisdiction of other peoples ideologies since they are Politically immoral and socially repressive is not important, it had pushed British Politics out of Society and Power and into the Treasury but in actual fact the way it plays out in Public is that Poorer people always end up spending more time thinking about what they need, which means that their problems just ends up making rich people richer because if they think about something that is certain to be what everybody wants, so somebody can find money to sell it, get rich and make them poorer. The Middle on the other hand are the ones that seem to have the money to buy everything they come up with over and over and over even when they do not need them, so they can get rich quick; so the Powers of the Supreme Court are likely to catch them Socialists and the Rich people they make alliances with to vandalise the Country and other peoples property for their riches out, far from the idea that HH has been bullied into backing down for Businesses which has no bearing towards fact; these are his securities and Equities, his Intellectual properties and whether he sells them or gives them away, the point will always be that when he gives them to the poor, he will create more entrepreneurs and when he gives them to the rich, he will create more jobs and whichever he does entirely depends on his priorities. Thus by his prognosis fails to see what brought about or what sense has come from the great big fights between rich and poor which Politicians organise all the time.

with respect to which it is clear that if a poor person earn 200 pounds a week and pays 50 pounds in tax, he or she has paid 25% of their income but if rich person who earns 5 million pounds pays 1 million in tax he has paid only 20% of his income. From where he is, the Rich person has paid more tax than the poor and what he means is that it is very hard on the poor currently bearing in mind they are the ones that make rich people what they are in any case and even if somebody's supreme Court was to catch him out, he has already set up structures in society to ensure when the poor attack the rich, then the rich can have the quality of life of the poor and when the rich do the same to the poor the poor can have their quality of life as well, hence it has no effect whatsoever-it is the business version of them that make a mess here and clean it up with their live, the Celebrity and Politics version being the one whose insolent and abusive corrupt societies he cannot stop confiscating and hence they can never be as famous as their minds tell them they can be because he is using it to ensure they clean up the mess they make here and will never return it; by HHs prognosis using poor people to determine what people want to sell things to get rich or selling to the middle what they do not need over and over again can happen but it should only do so when the economy is doing well and it is not at the moment.

The ramifications obviously is that the problem is Politics which is also precisely why HH who clearly has no Political powers keep it out of his affairs, except Politicians have other ideas with their spies and vandals and the scandals designed for One's personal life, joking around what is important to others while their idiots become friendly with those that have money to spend and will become power once allowed by HH to have its own course by taking my eyes off it-which makes their attack on his finances all the more provocative, all the while they complain in public places and the name for these sort of behaviour is bullying, which is just as well as HH did write his securities and put them out for sale but people have refused to buy them when they are young because they plan on getting the information in other ways, trusting their own enemies on him and like to make claims in public it is their property (some making those claims at HH when without knowing they are making it at him). The Men especially, who were obviously born into the world first and have some capital, wish to ensure Law and rules do not apply to them on this basis and are trying to make sure the millionaires in their age group become richer with everybody else's income, while they rush the Jobcentres where women have been enforcing the will of parents for them to seek powers of cultural oppression, which if allowed to get out of hand should the Politicians have their way will become funny all over the media. So has HH decided to dip his hands in to their country and then have a problem raising it to his mouth to feed himself like the sluggards they are and intend to do it with their lives jobs and careers as well as his.

With respect to the issues between rich and poor in any case, there is always a problem between rich and poor in Politics because it is about equality but in the real world it is different; the rich pay more taxes than poor in cash and the two should never be in a fight except they want some society evil witch that has no sense of right and wrong to bring them to love each other, which they also think they can blame on One because they want to make use of their money to gain powers that exist only in their dreams.

It is obviously incredibly difficult to have the government of the Country savage the finances of HH while he deploy a process of being able to protect his market place from opportunity decisions for the entire country in the Service of the Queen, while complaining about the problems of the poor and the insolent need for economic progress which then makes sense because there has to be one whether or not they are insolent; and they talk to other countries about it and tell the lies they do because they have got no shame. HH intends to keep them off his property which all things said and done will always be his; His, Ones empire and always will be no matter what happens, so that he can sell my books and earn a living from a process of making sure if an idea and a prospect is British, other Countries cannot make use of it to get rich creating the Nation an opportunity choice and cost that is not natural, in the same way that he protects his books from men and the stupid girls they run around with, once they are certain they have enabled back stage idiots and girls that successful young men are always undermining just by existing on the left, to get up to all sorts with false confidence, while they attempt to be big boys, especially those that think they get away with it in the Art and Entertainment Industry.

It is only those that play around with this HH's property and job security, especially international businesses and their idiots that boast about how they will confiscate his empire and all of it to get rich with before they deploy their insolent women to stifle his book sales on the High Streets, that get into trouble; they just cannot stop attacking One which does nothing but give him ideas and gives them more and more insecurity that they think they will attack Politicians with if they are not fighting HH for them, to get them to demand all he owns without thought for the consequences and possible outcomes. HH had long settled in on a way to make them understand exactly how expensive their antics on his job are, since their discretion will not offer everybody on the planet the chance to live like human beings, on account they have captured Royalty with their Mob based wickedness. In the end it is not clear how they intend to steal the fame of a Prince of a Country only one of which there is in the world, when they have not got an alternative Britain for it and no body knows why they cannot get off making people's life so difficult, for which HH is not the only one anyway, they are always in international and big business without actually knowing how they got there and everything they do has to do with touching people in a way that hurt them because they have no reason to be more civilised, bearing in mind you cannot take peoples property from them in the International village and trying to will only lead to cruelty, however they must because it is their attitude. I mean when your customer comes through the door, better tell him to fight gangs and crime with his faith while you pervade it and when it does not run out because you do, make sure he continues to deal with gangs and crime while all he does is put down to your political fame and glory as your stir more gangs and crime and then he will return to your shop again as it were. How did they and their Evil girls and Politicians who are bottom of the High Street pile, bring about the economic progress they talk about all the time? It is just so incredibly expensive they need to be made to shut up.
